📊 RSMSSB LDC allowances and benefits
| Basic Pay | Basic pay talks about the minimum amount of money that an employee should receive. It is the basic payment made under all conditions. There will be increments if you move to a higher post like the upper division clerk. |

| Medical Benefits | An RSMSSB LDC is given medical benefits as well. They are applicable for receiving medical allowances. Also, treatment in case of any medical emergency Is allowed to them in any hospital in the particular state they are posted in. Medical benefits offered are usually extended to the employee and his family. |
| Pension Benefit | Lower Division Clerks are also entitled to a pension amount after retirement from their services. |
| Salary in hand | The salary received by the employees at the end of each month which includes all the perks and benefits he receives for his hard work is called an in-hand salary. |
