- Odia Language Test
- Candidates who have passed the Odia language test of M.E. School standard conducted by the School & Mass Education Department will be considered eligible.
- Nursing Registration
- Must be registered with the State Nursing Council and possess a valid registration certificate as on the notification date.
- Class VII Qualification
- Candidates who have passed Class VII or above with Odia as a language subject from a government-recognized school are also eligible.
- Odia in School Education
- Must have passed Middle School, Matriculation, or an equivalent examination with Odia as a subject or as the medium of instruction.
- Educational Qualification
- Must have passed +2 (10+2) or equivalent and completed GNM Diploma or B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution approved by the Indian Nursing Council.
- Odia Language Proficiency
- Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak Odia.
