- Click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” and fill in your name, mobile number, and email ID to get a provisional registration number and password.

- Save the registration number and password. You will also get them via email and SMS.

- Use the “SAVE AND NEXT” button to save your progress. Carefully verify the entered details before final submission.

- Ensure your name and your father’s/husband’s name match the official certificates.

- Click on “VALIDATE YOUR DETAILS” and then “SAVE & NEXT” to proceed.

- Upload your photo and signature as per the given specifications.

- Fill in the remaining details of the application form.

- Click on the “PREVIEW” tab to check the form. Modify if needed before final submission.

- Click on “FINAL SUBMIT” only after verifying all details, uploaded photo, and signature.
