📊 CRPF Paramedical Staff Medical Examination Details

| 1. | If candidates refuse to turn up for the medical examination or absent themselves from any of the stages, then they will be deemed unfit. |
| 2. | Candidates have to provide proper information regarding their medical history or the presence of any diseases during the medical examination. Any false declaration of information can lead to their termination. |
| 3. | In case of some stage so medical examination, male candidates might have to present themselves naked. A loincloth will be allowed in some cases except for when the genitalia/perineum is being examined. |
| 4. | It is under the sole discretion of the Medical Board to decide the height/age chart of the candidates on the basis of the height and weight measurements by the PST Board and give the final decision of fitness or unfitness in terms of weight. |
| 5. | For all pregnant female candidates, a urine test is mandatory. |
| 6. | Tattoos are allowed on the inner forearm (only left side), non-saluting limb or dorsum of the hands is allowed. Size should be less than ¼ of the particular part i.e. Elbow or Hand of the body. Scar marks as a result of removal of tattoos will be allowed only if they do not serve as an obstacle to the movement or physical performance of the candidates at the time of the direct medical tests. Instructions on tattoo marks can be given at the time of recruitment only. |
| 7. | Chest measurement in case of female candidates is not a criteria however, it should be well-developed. |
| 8. | The candidates should not possess knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes. |
| 9. | The examination of blood pressure should be in the normal systolic range of: 100-140 mm of Hg,Diastolic 60 to 90 mm of Hg |
| 10. | The required Haemoglobin rate of males and females is as follows: Male: 12-16 gm% Female: 10-14 gm% Note More than 18 gm%: Unfit. Below 12 gm% - Male & Below 10gm% - Female - Disqualified. |
